T'was flicking through the free paper they shove through my door every now and then...... The living costs in the South have gone beyond high, they're now absurd!..... _________________________________________ FARNBOROUGH £100,000 A 2-bedroom single storey building, attached to the rear of another property within a commercial area. This property offers a hall, living room, shower room, has gas central heating and a car parking space. ACCOMMODATION: (All room sizes are approximate) ENTRANCE: Front door to ENTRANCE HALL: LOUNGE: 12’ x 11’8 Side aspect KITCHEN: 9’9 x 11’8 Side aspect – central heating boiler , sink, cupboards SHOWER ROOM + TOILET: BEDROOM ONE: 12’4 x 12’ Side aspect – radiator, telephone point BEDROOM TWO: 8’ x 5’6 Side aspect – double radiator ____________________________________________ Anybody got a spare £100,000 they want to waste. Honestly, I wouldn't even pay rent for that place, nevermind buy it. Anybody looking for a home for their pet dog? By the way, I haven't made this up. I find it absolutely staggering how anybody could value what appears to be a lengthy garden shed at that price.

I dont think you could buy a one bedroomed flat in my town with £80,000, you have to live about 20 mins outside at the very least. Its all cos of second house buyers, we are not wealthy inhabitants and now cant buy places in our own hometown
