I just knew U was going to be for Ulysses 31 Like Cities of Gold, it had a marvellous singalong theme tune and ran for AGES and AGES. Re Lemon's suggestion, I don't mind doing it (with no repetitions, obviously!) but we're getting ahead of ourselves as we're yet to have even one X....by contrast someone will be spoilt for choice on W...I can think of four now that make me chuckle) Re the 80s cartoon classics thing, I saw one with 32 pics on it and got 27...the others I'd never heard of. V is a bit hard isn't it? Was there something called Vicky the Viking? If there was it's very obscure...

I think I picked the wrong time to join this , the only programme I could find, as i couldn't think of any is - Yoho Ahoy. Might be classed as cheating, sorry if it is.

Not sure what you mean by cheating but you could've had You and Me (theme tune formed part of Oasis's She's Electric!) or Yogi Bear...

None of these are too different to what's gone before, but at least they definitely have options in the XYZ region...
TV characters Pop songs Other (non-kids) TV programmes
Take your pick or go for something completely different

What the..... If it's a B, and if it's kids programmes, then it has to be Button Moon. I had to write that because I've no memory of any programmes starting with a V I'm a fan of the band, hence the reason that it came to mind. Escort. (Ford, not the mag.)
