i'm convinced they have a big hat and they just put all the progs on bits of paper. then when there is a rare gap in between bb, hollyoaks and friends repeats they say "well what should we play today...." and pick one out. either that or they are pure evil and just do it for the pleasure of winding us up

here's the answer from s4c :
Thank you for contacting S4C regarding the recent break in the series of West Wing.
This was not a decision made by those in charge at S4C, but a decision by Channel 4, which S4C had no choice but to follow.
Following its short mid-series break, you'll be glad to hear that the programme will return to S4C on the 17th of June at 11.15pm.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the series.
Yours sincerely
Gwenlli Haf Evans S4C Viewers' Hotline

Wow, you actually got a reply, and it addressed your question without evading it and making something up. Or maybe they were just passing the buck in which case not so much "Wow! reply with the personal touch" but "Wow I was lucky to get a reply".

TWW is on at the later time of 11.45 next week. It's shocking treatment of the best programme on TV. Channel 4 are lucky to have it and should treat it with more respect. Thank god i'm off uni now i can stay up and watch it and don't have to trust my video recorder.
