Ainsley without a doubt. The way she starts speaking in iamic pentaminer or whatever its called when she gets nervous and how she's always hungry. And of course she is fairly easy on the eye.

That's too hard. Choice of three: Joey Lucas - Marlee Matlin is an inspiration to others. John Hoynes - There's something about him. We don't see him all that much but too me, when he is there he has a presence of some sort that is difficult to explain. Bruno - He's a laugh. Ron Silver was in a film on one of those numerous cable channels and I had to squint to see if it was who I thought it was. Overall choice, Bruno. In the two parter 'Manchester' he's with another guy, some prick Toby dislikes. We don't see him much more after that so it's Bruno in the spotlight. He gets some good lines in S4, by the way, that's why I chose him

Ainsley - she's sweet. If it were I in Sam's shoes, I would have punched those guys who left the 'Bitch' note in her office And yeah, she's nicer to look at than Amy. With Amy, I'm drawn to the way her nose moves when she talks. In fact, it's the only part of her face that moves when she talks, that girl needs to find some other expressions to use other than her "I'm bored but still reading my lines" glare.

I just had to vote for Joey after watching Monday's episode - 100,000 Airplanes, i didn't recognise her at first with her new hair & glasses!! She looks a lot better now.

Damn!
Since i voted, joey has got glasses and is now incredibly hot!
So i'm now voting for her in spirit!
Although this doesn't mean i'm rescinding my vote for ainsley. Consider it a double vote!

Ainsley is the best for Girl Power and Joey is the best for inspiration- I give them a double vote also.

Love Ainsley. Esp when she peed in Leo's cupboard
But still a big fan of Margaret, Margaret and Leo are nearly as good as Josh and Donna

Leo: Oh Margaret, Margaret -- I'm sorry, I'm going to have to -- I hung in there as long as I could, but you long since passed the point when I stopped caring. LET BARTLET BE BARTLET, when Margaret is explaining why an email about muffins flooded the system
I like the little Margaret moments. The typing slowly to avoid RSI much to Leo's annoyance. Leo's knowing she has her ear to the door so he bangs on it. I agree Leo and Margaret are like a Josh and Donna but slightly older.

I too was torn between Joey and Ainsley, but voted for Joey because she was behind in the poll.
I'd also like to give an honourable mention to the fabulous Mr. Oliver Babish. His first scene was one of the best intros for any character, and his brutally honest assessment of the implications of concealing the MS really enhanced the drama of those late season 2 episodes.
