Just caught the Emmys Red Carpet 'bout an hour ago on E4. John Spencer interviewed with his partner Patti. when asked 'what now with the Bartlet administration coming to an end' he replied - Im off to read a book and sit by a pool! looks like the end end. Quized on a Republican Prez he was quoted as saying ' abs. no way!! Go for a new Prez or end on the current staff and hopefully on a high? any views???  |

I watched Live on the Red Carpet as well. they also interviewed Bradley Whitford and when asked the same question he said that the end of the Bartlet administration did not mean the end of the West Wing. So hopefully ,many more to come.
I watched the Emmys on Living Tv. Disappointing that The WW didn't win best drama and Martin Sheen and John Spencer didn't win in their categories but even more disappointing that Allison Janney did win and Living Tv didn't show that category. Along with not showing best Comedy series - what's going on?

Allison Janney has won 5 years in a row now hasn't she? Though I think the first two were Supporting Actress and the last three Actress. Anyone know if this is some kind of record, whether across 2 categories or not?
