www.c-span.orgNow that's what I call making use of the internet. Live streaming of several C-Spans. If you have a PC equipped with a TV out socket, make a few connections and hey presto, you have C-Span on your TV! I know it's not on cable, but is it available on Sky (I've not seen it but I could be wrong)? Now then, when are we going over to the White House......

On Sky Digital we have... Sky News (501) BBC News 24 (507) CNBC Europe (510) CNN (513) ITV News (525) EuroNews (531) FOX News (531) No C-Span though. If someone could explain all the NBC/CNBC/MSNBC stuff to me that'd be appreciated, I don't really get it.

NBC: Big US TV network. Our equivalent would be ITV1. A comercially funded entertainment channel. Only available in North America though you can pick up a wild feed if you have the correct equipment. The wild feed is NBC broadcasting it's programmes to it's affiliate stations across Europe, though what you get to see tends to vary. Be it NBC primetime or CNBC. It all depends on who is flicking the switches at HQ on any particular day. CNBC: A worldwide yet regional business news channel. CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia etc. Stock markets, and all that jazz. MSNBC: Can't say for sure, but I think it's a 24 hour news channel. What I do know though is that it is a joint venture between Microsoft and NBC.
