It seems that the cast have been talking to reporters about how they feel season 5 is going under the direction of Wells and how they feel about Aaron leaving and the differences that have been made.
Please note that the following articles contain spoilers for season 5 and for those who dont want to see them, here is my summary of what the articles said:
Bradley Whitford says it was very disorientating, he felt they were in an acting cult and then suddenly the leader left. However he also feels the cast have felt relieved and they like having intersting stories to act out, courtesy of Wells.
Richard Schiff said they missed the romance in Aarons work, its like they are going through a post honeymoon phase. He feels that Leo is a less attractive character and the agressive personality of Josh and Toby is coming out more
