Personally i would pick posse Comitatus although Bartlet for America is a close second.
The part in posse Commitatus when they were playing Hallelujah was excellent. Does anyone know what that song is called by the way.

I just adore Hartsfield Landing, the way the such a small town can have such affect over the white house makes me fell all warm and nice in my idealist world.

Between you you've named what are by far my three faves from s3, but I have to say Bartlet For America is the outstanding one of the three.
Re: Hallelujah. The song is called Hallelujah, it was written by Leonard Cohen but the one in the show is the exquisite one-of-the-best-covers-of-all-time version by the late singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley. It is (for my money) the highlight of his debut album Grace, which I would urge anyone to buy as it is breathtakingly good. You can definitely get it for £5 or £6 in HMV at the moment.

Posse Comitatus, although it's a tough decision, I really liked most of the episodes this season.

And wait till Tuesday for what I think is another excellent cover version of an old song. Anyone who remembers the Boomtown Rats singing I Don't Like Mondays might be quite taken with the Tori Amos cover used in 20 Hours.... part two.
Best ep of season three.... I dunno. I liked Gone Quiet, Indians In The Lobby, Hartsfield's Landing to name three of many. Of course with each episode I could pick a favourite moment, such as Bartlet returning to the First Lady's birthday party to the sights and sounds of Canada, in Dead Irish Writers.

I agree this song made a hugh impact on me when I first watched 20 hours in America making it one of my fav episodes of series 4. Do you know if we can buy it?

Thanks Darkhoarse for the info about hallelujah. My funniest moment was the Canadian thing at the end of Dead Irish Writers. Also love any episode with Lord Marbury in it.

Well if you're doing favourite moments, the very last scene of Bartlet For America stands out for me.
Also, there's Leo's extraordinary speech about alcohol addiction and "Johnnie Walker Blue" whisky (from the same episode).
And one I don't think anyone has mentioned: for its understated brilliance, the moment in Night Five where we discover that the kidnapped journo has been killed, Josh tells Donna, she watches the journo's wife collapse in grief, turns toward Josh and (without a word being said) you KNOW she ain't taking that job she's been offered.
and the funniest moment I can remember at the moment was during the drunk scene in Dead Irish Writers where Donna unwititngly overstepped the line with Abbey. Can't remember what she says but the horrified silence of the whole group always makes me laugh.
Did anyone have a worst episode? In 66 episodes there's only one I actually dislike enough not to watch it again, and that was in season 3. Don't flame me for it please, but I have very little time for The Women of Qumar.

The song 'I don't like Mondays' sung by Tori Amos can be downloaded from the Internet. It's available on Kazaa. I haven't downloaded it myself, but I was thinking of it!
I don't download too often, because I know it's not legal and not fair to the artists, but once in a while there are just songs that you can't find on CD and then downloading is the only option!

I Don't Like Mondays is one of my favourite childhood songs and definitely Bob Geldof's finest moment. Look forward to hearing the cover version, though I don't think Tori Amos has ever topped her first single (Silent All These Years).
