She's actually really good in it. And the first part was amazing. Can't wait till tonight. It was amazing wasnt it.......although a little scary. And I am surprised at how unirritated I was by MLP! She really is turning into Stockard Channing though. I thought I had picked up on the similarity in WW because of the characters being similar. But she was even looking a bit like Abby in Angels in America.

I watched Angels in America, as weird as it was, I saw all six hours of it. I'll watch anything with Al Pacino in it. Which begs the question, when will he appear on West Wing? (probably never, wishful thinking)

Haven't read the whole topic so someone's probably said this, but Rob Lowe was in (I think all three) Austin Powers films.

The IMDB has him credited for all three. I (only now) remember him in the first one as the friend in a bar of the guy who got decapitated by mutated seabass. The second film you can't fail to notice him as the younger no. 2 and in the third film..... can't remember that one.

He's not in the third film. I've seen it a few times and would remember.

Hmm, obv. IMDB is being dodgy. Come to think of it I don't remember him, and I was looking for him as was a wingnut when I saw it...

Was watching Kissing Jessica Stein yesterday... no cast in it, but when Jessica & Helen go to the cinema it says "Anna Deavere Smith" on the board. It may have been for Twilight in Los Angeles but I really can't remember... and I'm not sure if that was the film they actually watched or not, but anyway, she was mentioned.

Allison Janney, Janel Moloney, Richard Schiff and John Spencer (there may be others) answering questions along with loads of other C4 faces on those inserts you sometimes get between progs on C4.
The last one was "What's your poison?" during which Allison Janney went for a vodka Martini and (surely this was deliberate or highly ironic) John Spencer had the last word. I can't remember what he said because the very notion of John Spencer talking about drink is inextricably linked with that magnificent soliloquy in 'Bartlet For America', so trying to remember something that doesn't mention "Johnnie Walker Blue" etc is frankly impossible....
Anyway, these things are just 'idents' a la ITV1's dreadful "Woman from The Bill walks sternly toward camera" type things, I presume? They are not advertising some future prog where C4 celebs answer questions?
