Advance Cast Spotting
According to TV and Satelitte Weekly Channel 5 have brought the rights to show Rob Lowe's new show Lyons Den. So knowing channel 4 we will probably see his new show before he leaves The West Wing.

There was a film on ITV1 last week, late at night, 'With Honors' I think it was called. Didn't watch it all, I was flicking through and I'm sure I saw a young, but still annoying Moira Kelly.

dont remember him being on death row. think he was just this depressed man who wanted to give his friend his heart as his was giving up and he thought as the friend was more successful etc he deserved to live more. he was so different really quiet and scruffy looking and really strange without the beard! is that the one where brendan frazer and his friends adopt a homeless joe pesci when they're at uni? if so yeah im sure its her. that was actually a really sweet film. oh dear i shouldnt admit this stuff first felicity now crappy 80s films

Slightly. What happens if there's no one in it ? I'm disappointed, I don't go out into the streets and start shooting people I promise

Moira Kelly was also in an 80's movie callled Cutting Edge about a spoilt ice skater. I loved this movie because of her co-star, she was just as annoying as this character as she was Mandy.

Moira Kelly's best performance in a film?
Nala in The Lion King. Why? Because you can't see her! You have to listen to her but, hey, you can just pretend that animals really can talk and that that lioness is a skilled speaker.

Hi Everyone
My first message on here. I just thought i'd mention Richard Schiffs extremely brief blink and you'll miss it appearence in The Hudsucker Proxy. (A fine film by the Coen Brothers for anyone who hasn't seen it)
He's in it for about 2 seconds, shouts something in the background and then promptly disappears.
Must be the shortest cameo by any West Winger.

Anna Deavere Smith in Philadelphia.
And (on a slight tangent) the chello playing of Yo Yo Ma on the score for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
Not sure if that counts but...

John Spencer is great in The Negotiator. (Check out his dancing near the beginning to Cotton Eye Joe!!)
Also, if my memory is right Alison Janney and Alan Alda are married to each other in The Object of My Affection.

Stockard Channing appears in Up Close & Personal which was on BBC1 last Saturday.
Allison Janney appears in 10 Things I Hate About You, although not for very long.
Richard Schiff is in both The Lost World & Deep Impact which are both on tonight (Saturday) on ITV1 & BBC1 respectively.
