Does anyone now why or when sam left i miss him and dose anyone no if Matt is taking over his job

If channel 4 ever show season four you'll see Sam in about half of all episodes. He leaves to run for Congress in a special election in California, having put his name forward as a candidate to replace the dead candidate who he assumed would never win the election. He assumed wrong, a dead guy won the election and Sam is therefore the new candidate in the special election that follows. Matthew Perry plays a White House Counsel member and has no involvement with the communications staff. He has only appeared three times in two seasons and whether or not he'd want even just a more recurring recurring role is unknown.  |
